For those keeping score, I just got heart-wounded again.  The ex sent me a text message asking how I was doing.  Of course, I didn't want to be rude or impolite, so I merely told her I was 'Doing okay.  Healing'  Why can't she just let it lie? 

I'm going to warn anyone who chooses to read this that it'll probably be fairly angsty.  While not one for angst normally, I just don't know how else to express my feelings.
